Payments are checked manually before membership access is activated. After paying, send your success screenshot and order number through WhatsApp.
Payment and membership
Each TT$50 payment provides one calendar month of access to Choosing Greatness Wellness Studio, with the advertised group support. Access begins once successful payment is confirmed and your membership email is verified. Your full calendar month starts at activation; time awaiting either step is not deducted.
Renewal requires a new payment. There are no automatic recurring charges.
Refunds
Subject to applicable consumer law, we do not offer discretionary refunds solely because you change your mind, choose not to use your membership, or do not complete the program after the advertised access and services have been provided.
If you experience a duplicate charge, do not receive the access purchased, encounter a technical problem that prevents use, or believe the membership materially differs from its advertised description, please contact us. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Include your purchase reference, payment date, and a brief description of the problem. Please do not send card details, passwords, or sign-in codes.
We aim to respond within two business days, excluding Trinidad and Tobago public holidays.
Your information
Member sign-in uses your email address and a short-lived sign-in code. At signup we also collect your WhatsApp number, including country code, for payment, access and group-support messages about your membership. This number is supplied by you and is not verified through a WhatsApp code. Fygaro handles your payment details. Choosing Greatness stores the order reference, amount, currency, confirmation and access dates. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
We save your signup details and order before payment, so payment review and recovery can continue before your email is verified. A necessary secure cookie lets this browser recover your unclaimed order for up to 90 days. On another device, verify your signup email to find your orders. Contact us if that email needs correcting; an order number alone does not prove ownership.
After payment approval and email verification, an active member can access the private WhatsApp group invitation from their membership page. Please keep this invitation private. WhatsApp group participants can see each other's phone numbers and profiles. Website expiry does not automatically remove you from the WhatsApp group; group participation is managed by Choosing Greatness.
Your quiz answers and calorie results are not sent to Fygaro. Saved recipes and grocery ticks remain in your current browser.
